BloomHR was created because HR shouldn't feel overwhelming, overly corporate, or unnecessarily complex.
After years of working across both public and private sectors, I saw how often HR was misunderstood, deprioritised or made more complicated than it needed to be. For small businesses and start-ups without in-house HR support, staying on top of UK employment law, managing people issues, or knowing what ‘good’ looks like can feel confusing and stressful.
I believed there had to be a better way - one that made HR feel more approachable, practical, and easier to understand.
I work with organisations across Hampshire and beyond to navigate the real-life people challenges that come with running and growing a business. My approach blends expert HR guidance with a calm, human touch.
